I started Eureka Pizza 15 Years ago.
I wanted my own business and I was tired
of buying plain, over-priced pizza. So I bought
a pizza restaurant. I was just 26 years old
with a bank loan and a big idea. I dreamed of
a pizza restaurant with awesome pizza and
affordable prices, since my family couldn't
afford to eat pizza often when I was a kid.
I learned everything possible about pizza.
I went to the world's top baking school to learn
from the best. My goal has never changed,
to make the best pizza using top quality
ingredients, and sell them for as little as possible.
