THANK YOU for adding Centerton to your delivery!! We have been eating Eureka since you opened in Fayetteville in front of my apartment building. However, with the addition of kids and full time jobs we sometimes just called the competition for delivery because we just didn't have it in us, was never worth it, as the kids wouldn't partake of the wrong box. My husband and I are trying to go raw vegan, and pizza just isn't on the top of the option list for us. Sometimes, though, it's hard to pass it up, particularly when you're not in the mood to cook for your kids. With that said, today was one of those days. I broke down and just ordered the Elise, Hawaiian and Spinach/Tomato specialty pizzas. All I can say is that just when you thought a pizza couldn't get better, Eureka found a way to do it! The thin crust was light, flaky and actually had its own flavor to compliment the myriad of topping choices that it may accompany--I would compare it to a crunchy pie crust. There were plenty of toppings, which is a nice change. The Spinach/Tomato was just to die for!!! My son and his friend flipped over the Elise when upon their first bite. I told them that bar none, it is the BEST pizza outside of the cafe in New York which had been run for generations by a family of true Italians who had been using their secret family recipe over the last several decades. Far, FAAAAR superior to any of the trendy, expensive, sit-down pizza joints in Northwest Arkansas. Service was great, too. The guy who took my order didn't make me feel like I was being rushed so he could get back to his pizza-making or to the next phone call; he took time to listen to what I wanted, then find the best way to get those toppings and stay in the $25.99 price range. When I arrived to pick it up, the store manager raved about how lovely the Elise smells when it comes out of the oven, then made some suggestions about how I might enhance it next time. Rolf, props to the new menu and the stellar customer service I received from the Bentonville staff. Thanks again for keeping this great quality affordable, too. I have enjoyed Eureka Pizza since moving to NWA almost 7 years ago. Thanks for a great pizza! I am a natural 'one rut wonder' when it comes to pizza styles, and I have always loved more crust. So I was really surprised when I tried the thin crust and loved it. The 'skinny' was crunchy and tasty and now my favorite from the best pizza in NWA. By the way, the Thompson location employees are undoubtedly the best in the Eureka business. Smilin' and friendly, even when the pressure is on. I just wanted to let you know that your gang at the Grand Avenue store kicks ass!! I called them last week and ordered up the "Buy One - Get Two" classic pizzas and cheese sticks (sausage, cheese, and pepperoni all on flat crust) and they were the BEST pies I've had! I have three kids that normally eat a bit and leave leftovers for the Saturday morning snacking but they tore into your pizzas so quickly my wife and I had to fight for what little pieces we could get! Thank you for making the best pizza around and for having such a tremendous deal for the average working folk. If I have one gripe it's this, I live in Van Buren and have to drive to Ft Smith when I want a good deal. Any chance you might build a spot in Van Buren? Hi Rolf I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you a couple of things. Every time we have used you guys for our employee appreciation dinners everyone really seemed to enjoy the pizzas very much. I had never had Eureka Pizza before this week. At my job, our physician medical director was buying Pizza for our staff and he asked us to order from Eureka Pizza, Grand Avenue in Fort Smith AR. At his school, Liberty Elementary, we have a program called Math Facts. This is where the children take math tests and if they pass with a 100%, they move to the next level. With this program, all the children move at their own level. He started this program in 1st grade. To give him a little encouragement, his dad and I said we would buy at least 3 Eureka Pizzas every time he passes a test. He has the opportunity to pass once a week. Sometimes once a week, we have had 3 Eureka Pizzas. He just finished the 3rd Grade and won the award for being on the highest level in his grade (4-8). This means he is on the last 4th grade level. This means in the last 3 years he has got Math Facts Eureka Pizza 32 times. Three pizzas 32 times is 96 pizzas. This doesn't include our regular family Eureka Pizza outings. My youngest son is 3 years old and everyday when Jacob comes home Jackson ask "Did you pass your Math Facts?" He knows if Jacob passes we get Eureka Pizza. This was such a wonderful reward that I also rewarded my 1st grade class with 6 Eureka Pizzas for the past two years. Eureka Pizza is not just a Place to get Pizza but a part of our everyday conversation. All his friends at school, his teachers, his grandma, grandpa, aunts and uncles know he wants to pass Math Facts so he can get EUREKA PIZZA!
