We live in Candlewood Addition in Fayetteville. We recently wanted to make a contribution to some very deserving elderly families and several other families who have had a very rough year economically so we decited to donate 100 pizza's to those family the week before Christmas and we received the greatest blessing when we were out delivering and families told me how much they appreciated Eureka Pizza and we received more than word's could ever express when we were able to give a gift even as small as a pizza and the recepitant felt that someone like Eureka Pizza was so generous. So we learned a new lesson, if we all do something small like giving a pizza away and let someone else can get the credit, then we can get a double dip of blessing. Recipitants were ask to keep this a secret, but the joy of seeing their faces light up was something I felt worth sharing. We moved to Springdale 6 months ago and drove by Eureka Pizza over and over til we just HAD to try it. We weren't expecting a lot to be honest. A large pepperoni pizza for 4.99.....how good could it be? "It has to be at least as good as a freezer pizza and we don't have to cook it" was my husbands argument one night on the way home, so we tried it. WOW were we surprised! We've been back several times now and even picked up bread sticks when we were having spaghetti at home. There was a mistake made on our pizza, but the fault was mine because my communication wasn't clear- it was a chicken pesto supreme, basically. Nonetheless, the manager was very gracious, and gave us a coupon for a free large specialty pizza to replace the medium. # weeks later, I went to redeem the coupon. Just down the street from John's office...we love that you don't have to order, just pull up, tell them how many you want and they are hot and ready! 2 fed our family of 7 in the car on the way out of town. Hi Rolf, I just read a testimonial in your email from a customer in Siloam Springs who had a terrible pizza from Pizza Hut... It reminded me of something... My mom went to Pizza Hut last night to pick up pizzas for her family and mine - because of the $10 special. When she went to pick them up, they weren't ready. After paying for the order, she had already waited about 15 minutes when the cashier asked the back "how much longer on Brenda's Pizza?". That's when my mom said, I'm not Brenda. Turns out, they hadn't even started our pizzas yet. There were several other customers waiting for their pizzas, and one guy said he had ordered his pizza at 4:15, got home, found it was wrong, went back and was still waiting for it to be corrected at 6. I wouldn't normally just write a company and make a point to pull them out from other companies of the same product. But . . . . . .
yesterday, my husband and I ordered a large pizza from (should I say?) Pizza Hut, in Siloam Springs, where we live. We usually eat pizza from Eureka's, but in Sunday's paper they had an insert advertising their pizza. They have a special running for "any pizza, any size, any toppings, for $10.00.
We sat at our kitchen table and started to eat, only to catch ourselves looking at each other, and in unison saying "this sure isn't Eureka Pizza."
The crust appeared to be one of those that I call a "pre-fab" crust. The pizza had a mold to it that it was obviously frozen prior to the day used (tasted like it, too). Some of the pizza slices were overlapping one another, and when you separated them, you had half of a slice that was nothing but that "pre-fab" with no toppings on it at all.
I was really shocked! I've eaten at Pizza Hut before, but after this experience, it makes me to NEVER want to go back! I was totally disappointed. They may have had a good sale started in terms of a good price, but if the good taste isn't there, it's not worth it.
Eureka Pizza has them beat out all the way across the board. The prices are economical and the taste is out of this world! And your place is where we'll be going for now on . . . . no debating necessary.
We order quite a bit from the Siloam Springs location. Along with the wonderful pizza, it's also nice to have the professionalism displayed in the dimeanor of the manager you have working there. He's not there every time we order, and I don't know his name, but this particular gentleman is very cordial and it's obvious he wants the customer to be satisfied with the pizza that is made there.
I'm not one to want my name mentioned with this letter, if it's used again, OK? But I just wanted to let you know that we're sure glad to have one of your locations here in Siloam Springs. Thinking about your pizza verses what we had last night, makes me want to go out today to where the "real" pizza is! Hi Eureka! The other day I tried to use a coupon at Pizza Hut. The coupon was not valid, but the manager still tried to sell me his large pizza. I said, "no, you just can't compete with Eureka's prices and the taste is great as well." Needless to say he got very upset and said, "Well, they could never compete with our quality... the ingredients they use are so cheap. That's why they sell them for their prices." Oh well, keep on telling people that Pizza Hut, but Eureka is whipping your tail in sales. My husband and I love Eureka pizza.

I was in your Leverett location today picking up our pizza order, and they were quite friendly from placing my order to the time I picked up the pizzas. They gave me the best price available, which was a little lower than all the advertised prices or online coupons. All this was without me asking for something "extra" or knowing about the RSO discount. I was impressed with the way I was treated as a customer. We just wanted to let you know how much of a blessing you really are to our community. We have four children, 5 pets, and an elderly mother-in-law to care for in our home. Just recently my husband lost his job, which was our only income. Eureka Pizza lets us hang on to some sort of sense of normalcy in a time of great financial loss. Eureka Pizza Springdale off Elm Springs Road/Huntsville is simply the best. Last Friday night we had a family emergency and this Nana ended up with 7 children to care for by her-self and 4 of them were strangers...ages ranged from 2 month old baby to years 2 - 3 - 4 - 4 - 6 - 9. The kids were all fighting, screaming, and it was totally not nice. I knew there was no way to fix dinner in this situation so after searching for while...ahhh the number for my favorite Eureka Pizza. I was so fum-buzzled that I had to ask the lady taking the calls what the managers special was. She was soooo cool and collected; she helped me out with decision-making, and the whole time the kids were kids being noisy in the background. When the pizza arrived, the oldest child had to answer the door/pay and help get the boxes open. Needless to say, they enjoyed every bite and not even the crust was left over! Those kids were so sweet and quiet while eating that I wished they could have eaten Eureka Pizza all the night long. Thank you for both wonderful food and wonderful employees. My kids and I love Eureka Pizza! We moved here from Texas a couple years ago, and tried several places around town before discovering Eureka! [Or as we say, "Eureka! We found it!"]. We love the gourmet pizza menu especially, as well as the ravioli and wings. The prices simply cannot be beat, especially in these tough economic times. We are a family of 5 and sometimes 6, or 10 when friends join us for the weekend. We love Eureka Pizza and we are loyal Friday night customers. However, with the addition of kids and full time jobs we sometimes just called the competition for delivery because we just didn't have it in us, was never worth it, as the kids wouldn't partake of the wrong box. You added us to the route and we can be a happy family again, our sons won't have any pizza but yours, for good reason! Thank you again. -

My husband and I are trying to go raw vegan, and pizza just isn't on the top of the option list for us. Sometimes, though, it's hard to pass it up, particularly when you're not in the mood to cook for your kids. With that said, today was one of those days. I broke down and just ordered the Elise, Hawaiian and Spinach/Tomato specialty pizzas. All I can say is that just when you thought a pizza couldn't get better, Eureka found a way to do it! The thin crust was light, flaky and actually had its own flavor to compliment the myriad of topping choices that it may accompany--I would compare it to a crunchy pie crust. There were plenty of toppings, which is a nice change. The Spinach/Tomato was just to die for!!! My son and his friend flipped over the Elise when upon their first bite. I told them that bar none, it is the BEST pizza outside of the cafe in New York which had been run for generations by a family of true Italians who had been using their secret family recipe over the last several decades. Far, FAAAAR superior to any of the trendy, expensive, sit-down pizza joints in Northwest Arkansas. Service was great, too. The guy who took my order didn't make me feel like I was being rushed so he could get back to his pizza-making or to the next phone call; he took time to listen to what I wanted, then find the best way to get those toppings and stay in the $25.99 price range. When I arrived to pick it up, the store manager raved about how lovely the Elise smells when it comes out of the oven, then made some suggestions about how I might enhance it next time. Rolf, props to the new menu and the stellar customer service I received from the Bentonville staff. Thanks again for keeping this great quality affordable, too. You and your team have exceeded expectations again! -

I have enjoyed Eureka Pizza since moving to NWA almost 7 years ago. Thanks for a great pizza! I am a natural 'one rut wonder' when it comes to pizza styles, and I have always loved more crust. So I was really surprised when I tried the thin crust and loved it. The 'skinny' was crunchy and tasty and now my favorite from the best pizza in NWA. By the way, the Thompson location employees are undoubtedly the best in the Eureka business. Smilin' and friendly, even when the pressure is on.

With our busy family of 7, we make Eureka Pizza a weekly treat. On nights when we have soccer, school functions or just want to kick back, we love delicious, affordable Eureka Pizza for dinner. As you can imagine with 5 kids, we have many different mealtime preferences. Some don't like Mexican, some don't like Chinese, some just don't like anything green, but Eureka Pizza is a hit with ALL of them, EVERY time!! They never get tired of it and always look forward to pizza night. My husband and I love the special deals (sorry, Bonnie!) when we can feed our kids pizza cheaper than we could even buy ingredients for a homemade meal. Thanks, Eureka Pizza!! 
We just wanted to let you know how much of a blessing you really are to our community. We have four children, 5 pets, and an elderly mother-in-law to care for in our home. Just recently my husband lost his job, which was our only income. Eureka Pizza lets us hang on to some sort of sense of normalcy in a time of great financial loss. We can no longer eat out on Sundays after church, a long time tradition in our family. There's no more fun shopping trips when just a gallon of milk can be a struggle to buy. We've had to sacrifice many things we took for granted before. Eureka Pizza has kept us able to still carry on our after church family meals on Sundays. We know that we can feed our family at your place nearly as cheaply as we can at our own home. We've made some great, new memories picnicking with Eureka Pizza on Sundays. Thanks to your awesome prices, a new family tradition has been born! Thank you!
My girlfriend and I love Eureka Pizza. We are both college students, so cash is tight. Eureka always has great prices and amazing deals! Being in college, we like to go out for night life, so we get in late and hungry. It's nice to be able to head to Eureka and grab a fast-n-fresh pizza, and it really is "fast & fresh". We are VIP members, and we get Eureka's deals texted to us. We can't help but forward the text to all of our friends, because we wouldn't want them to miss out on something that good!
Hi Rolf! We love Eureka pizzas--esp. the deep dish with bacon and pineapple! And the cheese sticks w/ garlic sauce! AND they are healthy and fresh--and great prices!! How does anyone ever survive in a city where there is no Eureka pizza?!! That's what we'd like to know!! Your Faithful Friends and Followers, 
The wife and I were never much on Pizza as we grew up. That all changed when we started having grandchildren here in Arkansas. The grandchildren, when they were in grade school, knew the best places to get Pizza and now we are the ones that want the whole family to come over for a weekend party. The grandkids are now grown but they left a Pizza habit with us.
